#Coworking startup Innov8 Coworking by OYO announced on November 23 its plans to raise ₹100 crore in a primary funding round. The company aims to expand its managed office space portfolio by adding 4 million square feet in India over the next three years.
The funding round, led by InCred Wealth, seeks to close at a valuation of ₹1,200 crore to fuel hashtag#Innov8’s growth initiatives. The raised capital will be directed toward strategic opportunities such as acquisitions, technology enhancements, partnerships, and entry into niche markets.
Innov8 also revealed plans to double its coworking centres in India, targeting 100 locations by 2025. The company is prioritizing strengthening its presence in Tier 1 cities like hashtag#Delhi, hashtag#Gurgaon, hashtag#Noida, hashtag#Mumbai, hashtag#NaviMumbai, hashtag#Pune, hashtag#Chennai, hashtag#Bangalore, hashtag#Ahmedabad, and hashtag#Hyderabad, with a focus on operational efficiency rather than geographic expansion.
Founded in 2015, Innov8 has maintained over 90% occupancy across its centres, driven by growing demand for flexible office spaces.
